Elles pensent qu'il suffit de changer le mat\u00e9riau dans la nomenclature (BOM) de \"acier carbone\" \u00e0 \"acier inoxydable\" pour r\u00e9soudre tous les probl\u00e8mes d'adaptabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est bien plus complexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es <strong>charni\u00e8res de couple ext\u00e9rieures<\/strong>Le fait de ne pas rouiller n'est qu'une exigence de base. D'apr\u00e8s notre vaste exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain, le mode de d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9dominant concernant ces composants critiques est rarement une rupture structurelle catastrophique, mais plut\u00f4t une \"d\u00e9faillance du couple\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes passent violemment de -20\u00b0C \u00e0 60\u00b0C, ou lorsque du brouillard salin s'infiltre dans le m\u00e9canisme interne, la valeur d'amortissement de la charni\u00e8re peut devenir incontr\u00f4lable. Il en r\u00e9sulte des portes d'\u00e9quipement qui refusent de s'ouvrir en hiver (pic de couple) ou de se maintenir en position en \u00e9t\u00e9 (perte de couple).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article n'aborde pas les d\u00e9finitions de base. Il s'agit plut\u00f4t de partager un ensemble de logiques de s\u00e9lection d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de l'exp\u00e9rience des ing\u00e9nieurs sur le terrain. Cette augmentation spectaculaire g\u00e9n\u00e8re des forces de r\u00e9action qui peuvent facilement d\u00e9passer les limites structurelles des bo\u00eetiers en plastique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"second-internal-component-corrosion-protection\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Second_Internal_Component_Corrosion_Protection\"><\/span>Deuxi\u00e8mement, la protection contre la corrosion des composants internes.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asm.matweb.com\/search\/SpecificMaterial.asp\">Ne vous laissez pas tromper par un bo\u00eetier en SUS316L<\/a>. Il ne s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas d'un blocage m\u00e9canique, mais d'un probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 aux caract\u00e9ristiques de viscosit\u00e9 de la graisse amortissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, je rejette directement la graisse standard \u00e0 base d'huile min\u00e9rale lors de la s\u00e9lection. Je recommande <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s10553-018-0956-1\">sp\u00e9cifier explicitement les lubrifiants \u00e0 base de fluorosilicone ou d'hydrocarbures synth\u00e9tiques<\/a> sur le dessin. <a href=\"https:\/\/store.astm.org\/d0445-24.html\">En r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la norme ASTM D445<\/a>Ces graisses pr\u00e9sentent un changement de viscosit\u00e9 minimal \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, nous demandons aux fournisseurs de fournir la \"courbe temp\u00e9rature-couple\" pour le mod\u00e8le sp\u00e9cifique. Une courbe qualifi\u00e9e doit \u00eatre plate. L'accent n'est pas mis sur l'apparence, mais sur la fonction : apr\u00e8s 480 heures, la variation de la valeur du couple doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le budget le permet, je donne la priorit\u00e9 aux barils encapsul\u00e9s. Celles-ci utilisent des plastiques techniques (comme le POM charg\u00e9 de verre) associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des arbres m\u00e9talliques.
