Nas f\u00e1bricas reais, a restri\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria \u00e9 uma de tr\u00eas coisas: a frequ\u00eancia com que o resguardo \u00e9 aberto (o que determina o ciclo de vida), o que est\u00e1 do outro lado do resguardo (o que determina se o resguardo tem de permanecer fixo quando a m\u00e1quina funciona) e o que limpa ou contamina a dobradi\u00e7a diariamente (o que determina o material e o tipo de vedante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesma \"prote\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a de 200 lb\" nominal necessita de dobradi\u00e7as de prote\u00e7\u00e3o diferentes em cada um dos cinco ambientes abaixo. As sec\u00e7\u00f5es que se seguem est\u00e3o organizadas por m\u00e1quina anfitri\u00e3 e n\u00e3o por tipo de dobradi\u00e7a, pelo que pode ler a linha que corresponde ao seu projeto e parar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cnc-machining-centres\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_CNC_Machining_Centres_and_Vertical_Mills\"><\/span>1. Centros de maquinagem CNC e fresadoras verticais<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de falha dominante:<\/strong> entrada de l\u00edquido de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de aparas no pino da dobradi\u00e7a. As dobradi\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a nas portas deslizantes CNC e os pain\u00e9is de acesso s\u00e3o abertos muitas vezes por turno para mudan\u00e7as de ferramentas, fixa\u00e7\u00e3o e remo\u00e7\u00e3o de aparas. O l\u00edquido de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o penetra nas dobradi\u00e7as de topo normais, lava o lubrificante e deixa o pino seco em poucos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dobradi\u00e7a recomendada:<\/strong> dobradi\u00e7as cont\u00ednuas (piano) em a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel ou dobradi\u00e7as de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o com pinos selados para as portas de acesso laterais; dobradi\u00e7as de bin\u00e1rio constante para as janelas de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o montadas no topo que os operadores deixam num \u00e2ngulo espec\u00edfico. A variante de levantamento \u00e9 importante quando o resguardo tem de sair completamente para a mudan\u00e7a de equipamento, porque as portas com dobradi\u00e7as abertas ainda ocupam espa\u00e7o no ch\u00e3o que o operador necessita. O revestimento de zinco avaria no prazo de 6-12 meses sob a qu\u00edmica t\u00edpica do l\u00edquido de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o CNC, e uma dobradi\u00e7a que enferruja no local torna-se a parte mais lenta de cada troca de ferramenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"press-brakes\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Press_Brakes_and_Hydraulic_Presses\"><\/span>2. Trav\u00f5es de prensa e prensas hidr\u00e1ulicas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de falha dominante:<\/strong> vibra\u00e7\u00f5es de ciclo elevado que afrouxam os fechos das dobradi\u00e7as e a queda progressiva que abre uma fenda no lado do fecho. As protec\u00e7\u00f5es das prensas dobradeiras s\u00e3o pesadas (frequentemente 30-60 kg por painel para as protec\u00e7\u00f5es fixas traseiras e laterais) e a pr\u00f3pria m\u00e1quina transmite cargas de choque de menos de um segundo atrav\u00e9s da estrutura em cada curso. As dobradi\u00e7as de topo normais, com um fator de seguran\u00e7a de 1,0 \u00d7 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao peso da porta, cedem visivelmente no espa\u00e7o de um ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dobradi\u00e7a recomendada:<\/strong> dobradi\u00e7as de topo em a\u00e7o resistente com pinos de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o para as protec\u00e7\u00f5es fixas do per\u00edmetro, mais dobradi\u00e7as de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o com reten\u00e7\u00e3o de pinos anti-remo\u00e7\u00e3o para a sec\u00e7\u00e3o de acesso do lado do operador. Os fixadores s\u00e3o t\u00e3o importantes como a dobradi\u00e7a - utilize porcas de aperto com o bin\u00e1rio de aperto habitual ou bloqueador de roscas, nunca porcas hexagonais simples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O dimensionamento deve seguir um fator de seguran\u00e7a de 2\u00d7 no peso da porta, especificamente para as prensas dobradeiras, porque a carga de choque din\u00e2mica acrescenta 30-60 % \u00e0 carga est\u00e1tica. Soldadura Rob\u00f3tica e C\u00e9lulas de Manuseamento de Materiais<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de falha dominante:<\/strong> falha do circuito de interbloqueio causada pelo desgaste da dobradi\u00e7a que desloca a posi\u00e7\u00e3o da porta. As dobradi\u00e7as das protec\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a nas veda\u00e7\u00f5es do per\u00edmetro das c\u00e9lulas robotizadas transportam pain\u00e9is leves (10-25 kg cada), mas com v\u00e3os de porta muito longos, por vezes com 2-3 metros de largura. O interrutor de bloqueio na extremidade da porta depende do fecho da porta a \u00b12 mm da sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o nominal; mesmo um pequeno desgaste da dobradi\u00e7a desloca essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o e faz cair o circuito de seguran\u00e7a (paragem falsa) ou, pior ainda, n\u00e3o o faz quando deveria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dobradi\u00e7a recomendada:<\/strong> dobradi\u00e7as cont\u00ednuas (piano) ao longo de toda a altura da porta, dimensionadas para o peso do painel e n\u00e3o para a frequ\u00eancia do ciclo. As dobradi\u00e7as cont\u00ednuas distribuem a carga por toda a borda, eliminando a carga pontual que faz com que as dobradi\u00e7as de topo se desgastem de forma desigual. Para portas que t\u00eam de sair para reconfigura\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00e9lula, especifique uma dobradi\u00e7a cont\u00ednua com um pino amov\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As c\u00e9lulas robotizadas s\u00e3o a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em que a conformidade com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/59545.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">ISO 14120<\/a> \u00e9 mais rigorosamente auditada, porque a c\u00e9lula \u00e9 tratada como um sistema de prote\u00e7\u00e3o completo. Linhas de embalagem e equipamento de enchimento<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de falha dominante:<\/strong> ataque de lavagem c\u00e1ustica ao casquilho e ao pino da dobradi\u00e7a. As linhas de embalagem de alimentos, bebidas e produtos farmac\u00eauticos s\u00e3o lavadas diariamente com \u00e1gua quente a alta press\u00e3o e detergentes alcalinos ou \u00e1cidos. Uma dobradi\u00e7a que \u00e9 \"inoxid\u00e1vel\" pelo nome pode ainda corroer na interface pino-bucha onde a a\u00e7\u00e3o capilar mant\u00e9m a qu\u00edmica de limpeza contra o metal durante horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dobradi\u00e7a recomendada:<\/strong> Dobradi\u00e7as SS316 com acabamento electropolido e um piv\u00f4 selado e dren\u00e1vel. A interface folha-quadro deve ser concebida de modo a que a \u00e1gua escorra em vez de se acumular - o que significa que n\u00e3o existem reentr\u00e2ncias horizontais nem cavidades internas. M\u00e1quinas para trabalhar madeira (tupias, serras de painel, tupias CNC)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de falha dominante:<\/strong> ac\u00famulo de serradura no pino da dobradi\u00e7a e falta de paragem controlada na posi\u00e7\u00e3o aberta. Os protectores para trabalhos em madeira s\u00e3o tipicamente leves (5-15 kg) e feitos de policarbonato ou malha de a\u00e7o. A dobradi\u00e7a n\u00e3o falha mecanicamente - falha funcionalmente, porque os operadores deixam o resguardo pendurado numa posi\u00e7\u00e3o de meia-abertura insegura quando a serradura o impede de trancar corretamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dobradi\u00e7a recomendada:<\/strong> dobradi\u00e7as com um batente integrado que mant\u00e9m a porta num \u00e2ngulo de abertura definido (normalmente 95\u00b0 ou 110\u00b0), para que o operador n\u00e3o a possa deixar numa posi\u00e7\u00e3o amb\u00edgua.
